We are currently in search of a 1/2 to full-time vet for our feline-only hospital.  The Cat Doctor Veterinary Center is a full-service feline-only hospital with an 18-year history of excellent and compassionate care.  We currently have 3 associate vets at 3/4's time and 1 vet at full time, and we would like to ad another associate.  We have an unusual practice, as we see a large number of complex medicine and surgery cases, with vaccinations making up less than 3% of our caseload.  Our appointments are typically 40 minute blocks to accommodate our thorough and comprehensive approach to our care.  Our support staff is amazing, we have 3-4 staff members for each doctor on, and utilize them well.  Our current veterinarians have strong abilities in complex medical cases, behavior consultation, and surgeries often not done in general practice these days. 

The successful candidate will be able to find their own niche in this group as we are extremely good-natured and easy going.   We work hard for the cats, and still have a good time.  We are looking for a veterinarian completely immersed in the feline specialty.  Our clients are 'crazy cat people' - so our vets really need to be too.
