Join us for AAFP ROUNDS on VIN
This rounds discussion will focus on difficulties in diagnosing FIP. This disease, caused by a common virus, can be a challenge to confirm ante mortem, especially the noneffusive or dry form. Dr. Kennedy will cover the various diagnostic tests available to assist diagnosis, including their benefits and pitfalls. In particular, she will concentrate on the feline coronavirus-specific assays, such as serology and virus detection.
Compare your diagnostic and
treatment protocols for a renal insufficient hyperthyroid cat with Dr.
