Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 14.85%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting. 

Deadline for the group room rate is Thursday August 27, 2009 based on availability in the room block.
