Have it your way.  We realize that not every attendee is the same.  So, we are giving you the option of how you would like to receive your conference proceedings. In order to save printing costs and stabilize registration fees, CDs or printed proceedings will not be automatically included in the registration fee.

Each attendee will have the option to download and print the proceedings from the AAFP website at no additional cost.  You will be sent a conference password to access the proceedings on line and receive notices when proceedings have been posted or updated.   Please do not share your conference password with others.

If you have registered and paid for the conference and have not received your conference password, please send an email to the AAFP Office at info@aafponline.org.
